Each piece requires mechanical maintenance, as well as hydraulics pumps. Good maintenance can keep the mechanical products in good condition. Otherwise, improper maintenance can lead to many problems, which will cause more serious problems. Therefore, preventive maintenance must be performed to avoid unnecessary failures.
Preventive maintenance of the hydraulic pump has many steps. You are warned that maintenance or repair is required after disconnecting the pump from the power source. Below you will find information on the preventive maintenance of the hydraulic pump.
First, you must check the hydraulic fluid level. The correct level of oil is half of the top of the filling slot when all the keys are pulled. You should regularly check the oil level in the tank. Then you must empty, rinse and fill the tank with high-quality hydraulics oil after a certain period of use.
Second, maintaining cleanliness is a critical measure of preventive maintenance. During this step, you must seal all unused accessories with cable protection and keep all hose joints free of dirt and the outer surface of the pump as much as possible. Also, the equipment connected to the pump must be kept clean.
Third, you must empty and unload the tank. Before removing the inside of the pump from the tank, the outside of the pump should be cleaned. There are things to follow.
1. Remove the ten screws securing the motor and the pump assembly in the tank. Be careful not to damage the plug, the filter collision or the pressure control valves when lifting the pump and the tank motor.
2. Clean the tank and fill with proper rinse oil.
3. Replace the pump and motor assembly in the reservoir and secure it with two machine screws assembled at different chassis angles. Then, run the pump for several minutes. Then disconnect and pump the motor, then clean and clean inside the tank. Finally, fill the tank with hydraulics oil. Place the pump and motor (with gasket) in the tank and tighten the ten bolts.
In addition to the previous steps, the oil must be added to the tank. Before doing this, you must completely remove the key and disconnect the power supply. You must clean the entire area around the filler cover before removing the filler cover and use a clean filter funnel when adding the oil.
